Mandana Baradar

Mandana (Mondee) is a business professional with over 20 years of diverse background & proven track record in project management, marketing and commercial operations in biotech, pharmaceuticals & medical devices working most recently as a Senior project manager representing PMO leadership and cross-functional partners overseeing projects associated with global post-marketing commitments and other post launch projects at UCB (Formerly Zogenix).

She brings a variety of proven success experiences and capabilities to her role as she served in a variety of functions including project manager, marketing manager, market analyst, Market specialist, Product Support Associate, Project Coordinator, Research Quality Assurance Coordinator & Chemist.

Mandana received her undergraduate degree in Chemistry from North Carolina State University in Raleigh NC, and her MBA from the University of Phoenix in San Jose. She has completed her PMP certification program from UC Santa Cruz in Santa Clara, CA and is also Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance Organization.

Mandana has always been passionate & involved in supporting different non-profits related to children, women & community-building causes.  She was the chair of gPARS -a Diversity & Inclusion group at Genentech and is on the leadership team of the Iranian American Women Foundation (IAWF) NorCal chapter focusing on connecting, empowering & inspiring women. Mandana was a founding member and an active board of directors of the Persian Center a non-profit Civic/community-based organization for 7 years. 

She lives in San Mateo and in her spare time she enjoys listening to music and audiobooks, walking her two German Shepard’s, photography & recently painting.
