BioPharmaPM Network

Our organization continues to grow to meet your needs.

While 2009 was a challenging year globally, as I look back on 2009 for BioPharmaPM, it is striking just how much progress we have made.

• We were created just before the end of 2008 and in March incorporated as a non-profit.
• We launched our new website in June 2009.
• We have grown our membership to nearly 700 paying members.
• We have over 5200 supporters World Wide.
• Nearly 20 groups in North America and across the globe.
• We capped off the year with receiving our credentials from PMI allowing us to grant PDUs for our local meetings and training sessions!

While this is fantastic progress for such a young organization, there is still much to be done.

in 2010 we have already established a new partnership for our 2011 Annual Conference which will allow us to locate this event closer to you and lower the event fees by about 50%. We are working on another partnership with a leading drug development organization to bring you, our members, more value for your membership.

Future Interest

In looking forward to 2011 there is much more we want to accomplish! The Board of Directors is working to develop our overall strategy in order to meet our vision for the future. I look forward to sharing more of this over the next few weeks and months.

• Our local groups will continue to meet regularly.
• We have our 2011 Annual Conference in February in San Diego.
• We need to continually improve our visitor experience. To do this requires the ongoing energy and enthusiasm of our VOLUNTEERS everywhere. If you are one of the many volunteers working to make BioPharmaPM successful – THANK YOU!
• Become more active in your involvement whether locally or on the web, your thoughts and suggestions are valued.
